I cannot say enough good things about the team here at Hampton Courts! The property manager, Oscar Santos, is fantastic—always attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. A huge shoutout to the maintenance duo, Otis Delberry and Alex Wells. They recently installed a new security light in my parking lot area, and they did an incredible job. They were quick, efficient, and left the area spotless. It’s comforting to know we have a team that prioritizes our safety and property upkeep so quickly. They are professional, hardworking, and always quick to respond whenever I have an issue. I had problems with my dishwasher and refrigerator, and they fixed everything right away. I also always see them working hard around the property and helping residents. I truly appreciate their effort and dedication. Thank you for all your hard work — it really makes a difference!

I’ve lived at Hampton Court for 5 years, and I can honestly say the community has never been better! Since AMC brought in the new manager, Oscar, and maintenance tech, Otis, everything has improved tremendously. Oscar is an outstanding manager—he truly listens to residents and makes sure our concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. And Otis? He’s hands down the best maintenance technician I’ve ever met. My garbage disposal went out recently, and he had it replaced with a brand-new one in just six minutes! It’s great to see such dedicated people who care about making Hampton Court a wonderful place to live.

The new community manager, Jacob, is an amazing person. I recently had to leave another community he was managing before this, due to domestic violence. I wasn't even his tenant anymore, but he still went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. He made sure I got my refund check even though he had to get it re-issued (because it also had my abuser's name the first time they sent it out) I would 100% rent from this man again. I recommend any place that Jacob manages.

We lived at Hampton Court from April 2018-April 2020 and had an overall good experience. We liked our apartment's layout and features; the best aspect was the large master bedroom and the high ceilings on the second floor. Assigned parking was a bonus! We had a few problems with loud neighbors but nothing major.

I got a new toilet because my old one stopped flushing. Took little over 30 minutes. Max was thorough, professional, and just genuinely nice. Didn’t make a mess and truly cared about social distance and safety.

As a resident who has resided here at hampton Court for over 7 years, I feel like I can speak to the great feeling I have as a resident. I absolutely love my home and its layout. Our new management team - Mira and Max - are amazing. They unfortunately have had the chips stacked against them with the whole Covid pandemic; However, they did a super job to keep us residents going! Anytime I call they come quick and Max does an amazing job repairing or simply going out his way to assist! I am grateful for them both and had to post my appreciation!!!! Thank you Mira and Max!!!!

Mayra has been great to work with as a prospective renter! The homes are spacious and the scenery is lovely. Two parking spaces are included with rent! Still weighing my rental options, but this place is high on my list. I will say, the unit I toured wasn't in incredible shape; there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors, the appliances were a little older, and some of the kitchen cabinets could use an upgrade. But would still make a great home.

Pros: Great location, price, & very friendly staff. There is ample parking for guests. The apartment community overall has a cozy feel with the individual areas for each 4-plex. Cons: you can hear every step of your upstairs neighbors throughout the entire day, as well as their washer machine. I wish that I could attribute this to apartment living. Yet, I've lived in approx 3 other apartments with upstairs neighbors & never had this experienced this before. If you're noise sensitive, move upstairs. If you have children or pets or walk heavy, please move downstairs if possible. Home should be a place of solace/rest/rejuvenation, not listening to neighbor noises. As I've prev live in apartments & didn't experience this, I don't blame my neighbors. I view this as an issue with the quality of the construction of the building (cheaper materials than previously used in earlier constructed buildings).

Nice, comfortable apartment. It has a good layout which is always refreshing to find in an apartment, and the complex feels a bit more like a neighbourhood. Parking is hard if you wanted to have guests over, as there are no unassigned spaces. But each assigned space is close to the unit, you don't have to walk down the street which is great. Office manager Krista is a gem, and the maintenance guy is friendly and timely as well. I've been here about 10 mo and it's been a great fit
