What is the price range of your apartments?
At Hampton Court, our 2-bedroom apartments range from $1,850 to $1,950 per month. Each home features a spacious layout, modern finishes, and a comfortable living environment. What unit types or floor plans do you offer?
We offer 2-bedroom, 1-bath floor plans, available on either the ground or top floor. Each home is thoughtfully designed with open layouts, ample natural light, and convenient features to create a welcoming living space.
Do you have any current concessions or move-in specials?
We occasionally offer move-in specials! These promotions vary, so for the most up-to-date information, please contact our leasing office directly. Our team will be happy to share any current offers and help you take advantage of them.
What type of leases are offered?
Our standard lease term is 12 months! Depending on availability, we may offer shorter/ longer term leases. Please contact our leasing team to discuss flexible lease options.
What is the community’s pet policy?
Hampton Court is a pet-friendly community! Each home can accommodate up to two pets—cats or dogs are both welcome. Pet fees include a $300 non-refundable fee, a $200 refundable deposit, and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. For details on breed restrictions, please reach out to our leasing team.
How quickly are maintenance requests handled?
Our maintenance team responds to routine requests within two business days, and urgent issues are prioritized for even faster service. You can easily submit requests online or by phone, and you'll receive timely updates throughout the process until the issue is resolved.
What amenities will I enjoy inside my home and across the community?
Our homes feature hardwood-style floors, full-sized washer-dryers, fireplaces, patio/ balconies, ceiling fans, and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island. Every detail is designed for both convenience and style. Select homes have 14-foot vaulted ceilings that boast natural light!
