a wonderful place to live

we were desperately looking for a new home asap and they did everything they could to get us in and we were moved in within a couple of weeks. they are amazing. very very nice too. we appreciate them so so much forever.

Maintenance David W. Is back! The apartment grounds look amazing and he has only been back a few days. All the litter is picked up he always makes sure the doggy poop bags are refilled, he is just a great guy! Thank you for working so hard you are very appreciated!

Nice and convenient location

Great setting, management is very helpful and professional, maintenance has improved greatly. Yard care, grounds keeping and safety have all improved this past year!

Mr. Matthew Is always helpful when I come in the office when I don't understand certain procedures that is changing with the company I can always ask him questions and he's always there to help me understand, even with the new process of paying rent. Since you been with the Everett Hampton courts he always came through when I need help. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Mr. Matthew

This is a great place to live. New management working hard to go above and beyond to do what they can to please their residents. New maintenance working hard to get work orders done.

I'd like to give a warm thanks to Jacob Van Horn. He went above and beyond in assisting me and made my transition smooth and worry-free. His kindness and understanding is deeply appreciated and highly commendable. The apartment complex staff itself was open and friendly from the moment I submitted my application. Amazing service!

The new community manager, Jacob, is an amazing person. I recently had to leave another community he was managing before this, due to domestic violence. I wasn't even his tenant anymore, but he still went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. He made sure I got my refund check even though he had to get it re-issued (because it also had my abuser's name the first time they sent it out) I would 100% rent from this man again. I recommend any place that Jacob manages.

Jacob in the office turned a seemingly stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I work in the hospitality industry and am huge on customer service. Jacob exceeded my expectations and then some. Thank you Jacob

Very friendly and professional!

I got a new toilet because my old one stopped flushing. Took little over 30 minutes. Max was thorough, professional, and just genuinely nice. Didn’t make a mess and truly cared about social distance and safety.

I thought I was in the Hamptons

As a resident who has resided here at hampton Court for over 7 years, I feel like I can speak to the great feeling I have as a resident. I absolutely love my home and its layout. Our new management team - Mira and Max - are amazing. They unfortunately have had the chips stacked against them with the whole Covid pandemic; However, they did a super job to keep us residents going! Anytime I call they come quick and Max does an amazing job repairing or simply going out his way to assist! I am grateful for them both and had to post my appreciation!!!! Thank you Mira and Max!!!!

Me and my Family love Hampton Court. The floor plans are open and we love the vaulted ceilings. Great community, the staff in the leasing office and maintenance are wonderful and truly care about their residents.

The maintenance man was extremely friendly and made me feel like he is here to get things done and the right way. I appreciate you and thank you!
