I cannot say enough good things about the team here at Hampton Courts! The property manager, Oscar Santos, is fantastic—always attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. A huge shoutout to the maintenance duo, Otis Delberry and Alex Wells. They recently installed a new security light in my parking lot area, and they did an incredible job. They were quick, efficient, and left the area spotless. It’s comforting to know we have a team that prioritizes our safety and property upkeep so quickly. If you’re looking for a well-managed place to live with a top-tier maintenance crew, this is it. Thank you, Oscar, Otis, and Alex!

Since moving into this apartment community, I never felt the maintenance team was very helpful. However, the new team and management have completely changed my experience. They are professional, hardworking, and always quick to respond whenever I have an issue. I had problems with my dishwasher and refrigerator, and they fixed everything right away. I also always see them working hard around the property and helping residents. I truly appreciate their effort and dedication. Thank you for all your hard work â it really makes a difference!

Iâve lived at Hampton Court for 5 years, and I can honestly say the community has never been better! Since AMC brought in the new manager, Oscar, and maintenance tech, Otis, everything has improved tremendously. Oscar is an outstanding managerâhe truly listens to residents and makes sure our concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. And Otis? Heâs hands down the best maintenance technician Iâve ever met. My garbage disposal went out recently, and he had it replaced with a brand-new one in just six minutes! Itâs great to see such dedicated people who care about making Hampton Court a wonderful place to live.

I want to give a big shout out to Otis the maintenance guy , for really taking the time out to come out and fix my washer really appreciate your enthusiasm and great attitude. Keep up the great work again thank you Otis.
