I'd like to give a warm thanks to Jacob Van Horn. He went above and beyond in assisting me and made my transition smooth and worry-free. His kindness and understanding is deeply appreciated and highly commendable. The apartment complex staff itself was open and friendly from the moment I submitted my application. Amazing service!

The new community manager, Jacob, is an amazing person. I recently had to leave another community he was managing before this, due to domestic violence. I wasn't even his tenant anymore, but he still went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. He made sure I got my refund check even though he had to get it re-issued (because it also had my abuser's name the first time they sent it out) I would 100% rent from this man again. I recommend any place that Jacob manages.

Jacob in the office turned a seemingly stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I work in the hospitality industry and am huge on customer service. Jacob exceeded my expectations and then some. Thank you Jacob

I got a new toilet because my old one stopped flushing. Took little over 30 minutes. Max was thorough, professional, and just genuinely nice. Didnât make a mess and truly cared about social distance and safety.
