We lived at Hampton Court from April 2018-April 2020 and had an overall good experience. We liked our apartment's layout and features; the best aspect was the large master bedroom and the high ceilings on the second floor. Assigned parking was a bonus! We had a few problems with loud neighbors but nothing major.

I wouldn't live here. I had mold growing in my unit and they were not willing to help resolve the issue. When they did they just basically painted over it and it came right back. It caused issues for my daughter health wise since she has asthma. The ONLY thing the only thing they were willing to do is break my lease "without any penalty". This was a major finical burden for me and was super disappointing considering I paid a lot of money to move into this apartment.

The previous management company Thrive totally sucked and the new one, Greystar, is not far off. They recently took over managing this complex and nobody is available to talk to in person or answer any phones. The week before the end of the month(2/21-2/25 2022), the office was closed 3 days without anybody there to meet residents who want to pay their rent. Since taking over I’ve never seen somebody in the office for a full week. They have a new website for residents and the rents are not updated. You try to call their numbers to ask how to pay (old one, the current one on the door, Greystat main) nobody answers! Such a disgrace!!! This is NOT acceptable!!

I got a new toilet because my old one stopped flushing. Took little over 30 minutes. Max was thorough, professional, and just genuinely nice. Didn’t make a mess and truly cared about social distance and safety.

As a resident who has resided here at hampton Court for over 7 years, I feel like I can speak to the great feeling I have as a resident. I absolutely love my home and its layout. Our new management team - Mira and Max - are amazing. They unfortunately have had the chips stacked against them with the whole Covid pandemic; However, they did a super job to keep us residents going! Anytime I call they come quick and Max does an amazing job repairing or simply going out his way to assist! I am grateful for them both and had to post my appreciation!!!! Thank you Mira and Max!!!!

Mayra has been great to work with as a prospective renter! The homes are spacious and the scenery is lovely. Two parking spaces are included with rent! Still weighing my rental options, but this place is high on my list. I will say, the unit I toured wasn't in incredible shape; there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors, the appliances were a little older, and some of the kitchen cabinets could use an upgrade. But would still make a great home.

Pros: Great location, price, & very friendly staff. There is ample parking for guests. The apartment community overall has a cozy feel with the individual areas for each 4-plex. Cons: you can hear every step of your upstairs neighbors throughout the entire day, as well as their washer machine. I wish that I could attribute this to apartment living. Yet, I've lived in approx 3 other apartments with upstairs neighbors & never had this experienced this before. If you're noise sensitive, move upstairs. If you have children or pets or walk heavy, please move downstairs if possible. Home should be a place of solace/rest/rejuvenation, not listening to neighbor noises. As I've prev live in apartments & didn't experience this, I don't blame my neighbors. I view this as an issue with the quality of the construction of the building (cheaper materials than previously used in earlier constructed buildings).
