Awful, go elsewhere!
I have been a renter since 2/14. Constant rent increases every year, the last one was over $200/mo! The units themselves are livable, but very run down for the price they are charging (examples: old carpet when we moved in, cupboards and drawer fronts very worn, sagging shelves, drawer guides fall off track constantly, extremely old appliances, front door frame badly repaired and had obviously been kicked in at some point). last year with the old manager the maintenance issues were promptly resolved, but this is definitely no longer the case. Currently I have been waiting for almost since October of 2016 (going on 8 months) for them to resolve a combined rodent/bird infestation in the attic. The noise is so loud in the morning from the birds moving and pecking the wall above my bed it's impossible to sleep, and I can hear the chewing and moving around of rodents at night in the bathroom wall. Their answer is to cover the access holes, and let the dead rodents, birds, and combined feces rot in the walls! I have a baby in the house, but this makes no difference to them whatsoever! GROSS! My dishwasher was very old and had stopped dispensing soap during the cycle. The temp manager looked at it for a moment, said it was greasy and there were food particles and this was the problem! Well, yes, it WAS greasy and dirty because SOAP NEVER DISPENSES! Finally got a new one after 5 months. My neighbor downstairs has been waiting over a year for repair on his bathroom. He has giant a hole and black mold everywhere in his shower enclosure. I would never, EVER recommend this apartment to anyone and will certainly be moving out the moment I can afford the deposit on a new place!
