Our apartment is extremely outdated, and they keep raising the rent. The "emergency" phone line is useless, they never, NEVER got back to us. We've had to call the emergency maintenance line twice, once for flooding that was going over our deck. The second time was because some strange man was here on a sunday saying he was there to fix our water heater (we never filed an order for it to be fixed... ). And yet they never got back to us. Cars are always broken into. Kids around here are hooligans. One building caught on fire about 2 months ago and they've done nothing but covered it with a tarp. Oh, and fleas! I have treated my dog with anything and everything under the sun. I finally got her the oral medication, and even though it took about a month for her to be truly flea free, it finally worked (and its supposed to become effective within 30 minutes..) We have sprayed our apartment and vacuumed and sprayed and vacuumed. Even throughout the entire winter we still had issues with fleas. I am at my wits end with this place. Our lease is up in a month... then good riddance.
